This painting is about how the Human Flu Virus attacked the Human cells and slowly infected it and complete covered it.

the visual like an alien, in other way it look like abstract form but when we closely look the detail it contain like micro organisms.

this is the second painting I made, the first one I made it in 2006 and I “vandal” it for exhibition at Jogja Gallery in 2008,(cause I feel so F**k’n S**t that time…hahahahaha) as form of self protest against the “visual” art/paintings mainstreams here in Indonesian art world.  on that time I feel all of paintings produce by the young artists  controlled by “market” and most of it to material oriented.

Before I just watch it on the TV, read on new papers this deathly virus, now here in Bali my lovely island attacked by H1N1 and take a victims mostly people who came from their travel abroad. it so close, it seem like the virus next behind my back and ready to “eat” me.
